Ee Won Chen joined Philip Morris Malaysia in 2004 as Manager Planning, and progressed to various positions with increasing responsibilities. She was on international assignment to Hong Kong in 2009 as Manager Finance Asia and returned to Malaysia in 2011 as Financial Controller. Prior to this new assignment, she held the position of Director Finance & IS in Malaysia. Over the past four years, Ee Won played a key role in the successful execution of market sourcing project and she enhanced dramatically our finance organization bench-strength. Moreover, under her leadership, numerous tax-related matters were favorably resolved and tax changes smoothly implemented, thus, paving the way for a more predictable and stable fiscal environment for our affiliates in Malaysia. Ee Won's professionalism, strong business acumen, dedication to people development and unconditional support to achieving our top and bottom lines targets are key assets for her successful tenure at our regional headquarter.

She has extensive functional knowledge and experience across various areas of Finance, and combined with her overall business understanding and perspective, she has been able to achieve consistently remarkable results. Hee Kyung’s career is impressive, spanning 19 years at PMI. She joined Philip Morris Korea in 1997, and her career in Finance commenced in 2001 when she moved from Corporate Affairs to Finance as Assistant Manager Budget and Management Reporting PM Korea. Since then, Hee Kyung has advanced in the Finance function working across Budgeting, Reporting, Management Accounting, Business Planning and Controlling in both Operations Center and market roles in Korea, Malaysia, Hong Kong/Macau, China and Philippines markets. Prior to this assignment, Hee Kyung was Director Finance, Information Services and Administration in the Philippines since 2014. In her most recent role, Hee Kyung has been pivotal in the transformation and turnaround of the Philippines business. She is a highly trusted and insightful sounding board to the Management Team who were facing a highly turbulent, unpredictable and controversial external environment. Executive Director, Philip Morris (Pakistan) Limited Mr. Stankov started his career with PMI in Switzerland in 2002 as Audit Manager where he assumed various positions of increasing responsibilities in the Operations Center as Audit Manager, Manager Finance and Manager Internal Controls. In 2010, he was assigned to the role of Controller in PM Mexico. Two years later, Anton was appointed Director Internal Controls in PMFTC, Philippines, a position he held prior to this appointment. Mr. Stankov brings with him a wealth of knowledge in the Finance field which, combined with solid business acumen and his ability to lead and develop teams, will be very valuable asset in his new role.

Joao has an impressive 20-year career at PMI. He started as an Operations Trainee in Switzerland and in 1998 started his international career as Manufacturing Development Manager in Portugal. Since then, his career in Operations has spanned many markets across European Union (EU), Eastern Europe & Middle East (EEMA) and Latin America & Canada (LA&C) in Manufacturing, Engineering and Planning. In 2004, Joao was first appointed Director Operations in Romania, a position he subsequently held in Serbia and Argentina, and in 2011 was appointed VP Operations EEMA Region. Under Joao's leadership, the EEMA Operations organization has consistently performed at an excellent level and showed an impressive mindset for continuous improvement. Joao's contribution to the EEMA Management team, effective leadership, entrepreneurial capability and drive for results have left a mark in the region, and will be highly valued as he brings these attributes to Asia.
KAMRAN Y. MIRZA
Independent Director Kamran Y. Mirza qualified as a Chartered Accountant from United Kingdom and started his career in Pakistan as an auditor with A. F. Ferguson & Co. Kamran then made a career move in December 1970 and joined Abbott Laboratories (Pakistan) Limited, a multinational pharmaceutical cum health care company as Chief Financial Officer. He became one of the youngest Managing Directors of his time in the year 1977 and remained in that position, i.e. Managing Director Abbott Pakistan, for 29 years.
Kamran held the position of Chairman Export Processing Zones Authority from February 2007 to March 2009 and then joined PBC (Pakistan Business Council) as its Chief Executive Officer, a position he currently holds. PBC is a Think Tank and a Business Policy Advocacy Forum.
He is the Chairman of Unilever Foods and Education Fund for Sindh (EFS). He is also serving as Director on the Boards of Abbott Laboratories and International Steel (ISL) and Karwan-e-Hayat. Further, he represents PBC on the Board of BOI (Board of Investment) and other Government Bodies / Institutions.
Kamran served as Chairman of Pakistan Mercantile Exchange Ltd. (PMEX) - formerly National Commodity Exchange Ltd. (NCEL), Chairman of Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE), President of Overseas Chamber of Commerce & Industry (OICCI), President of American Business Council (ABC), and Chairman of Pharma Bureau (Association of Pharmaceutical Multinationals).
He further served as a Director on the Boards of State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), Pakistan State Oil (PSO), Pakistan Steel (PS), and National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), Pakistan Textile City Limited, Competitiveness Support Fund (CSF), Genco Holding Company, and NAVTEC.
Kamran has also been a past Chairman of a Task Force set up by Planning Commission on Pharmaceutical Industry, a member of the Economic Advisory Board of the Federal Government and Sindh Wild Life Board. He has served as a Member on Quality Control Board of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He also lectures regularly at the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG).
LT. GEN. (R) TARIQ KHAN
Independent Director Lt Gen. (R) Tariq Khan is a three star general and has been awarded with Hilal-e-Imtiaz Military, the United States Military Legion of Merit, The Liberation of Kuwait medal and the Defence of Saudi Arabia Medal. He retired recently and is recognized as a combat commander who led forces in FATA and Malakand Divisions in varying capacities. .
